Rispo deep frozen cod fish fillet
with potatoes

How to prepare

Cut the potatoes, split half the cherry tomatoes and slice the onion. Put everything in a baking pan and add oil, salt, oregano and pepper to taste. Add a teacup of white wine. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 200°C turning a couple of times. Place the Rispo deep frozen cod fish fillet on baking tins and bake in hot oven at 220°C for 12-15 minutes. Finally place the potatoes in a plate and lay over the fillets of crunchy salt cod. Enjoy your meal!
