Ingredients
- 500 g of Rispo deep frozen pasta gourmet filled ricotta cheese and salmon
- 1 french shallot
- 150 ml of fresh cream
- parsley
- salt
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1/2 glass of white wine
How to prepare
Dissolve the butter in a non-stick frying pan, add the finely chopped shallot and let it dry well with a little white wine. Add the cream and lower it slightly until you get a creamy mixture. Add chopped salt and parsley. Place the Rispo deep frozen pasta gourmet filled ricotta cheese and salmon on baking tins and bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 8-9 minutes. Place the Rispo deep frozen pasta gourmet in a plate, following the composition of the photo, pouring the shallot sauce with a teaspoon. In the end, garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
