Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 500 g of Assortment of stuffed vegetarian appetizers Rispo
- 300 ml of milk (also vegetable or as desired)
- 150 g of spinach
- 30 g of almonds
- 20/25 g of flour
- 20 g of oil
In a large frying pan put a little oil, add the spinach and let them cook for a few minutes on a lively fire. Let them cool and blend them with almonds. In a saucepan put the oil and the flour, mix well on the fire and pour the warm milk. Bring it all to a boil as long as the sauce does not thicken. Combine the spinach cream. In a warm 180°C oven place ssortment of stuffed vegetarian appetizers Rispo and let it cook until it becomes golden. Serve the mix accompanied by the creamy spinach. Enjoy your meal!
