Rispo deep frozen bovine meat balls
with herbs and pioppini mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 500 g Rispo deep frozen bovine meat balls
  • 350 g of pioppini mushrooms
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of marsala wine
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

How to prepare

In a non-stick frying pan put the oil with garlic and fry for a few seconds; add the mushrooms and let them trifle for 10 minutes; add the Marsala wine and blend. Place the Rispo deep frozen bovine meat balls on baking tins and bake in pre-heated oven at 200/200°C for 8-10 minutes. In the end, put the mushrooms in a plate, place the meatballs following the composition in the photo, and add salt, pepper and the herbs. Enjoy your meal!
