- 2 Rispo deep frozen rice ball with tomato sauce Pre-fried or Passione Pronta
- 500 g of fresh tomato paste
- 1 sprig of lemon thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- A piece of lemon peel
- white pepper
How to prepare
In a saucepan, combine the finely chopped onion, with the oil and fry gently for a few minutes, then add the tomato paste. Let it cook for about 1 hour on moderate heat. At the end of the cooking, perfume the sauce with chopped lemon thyme and lemon peel. Bake the Rispo deep frozen rice balls with tomato sauce in preheated oven at 200/210°C for 7-8 minutes. In the end, pour the scented sauce into special dishes and add the Rispo deep frozen rice balls decorating with a few sprigs of lemon thyme. Enjoy your meal!
