- 1 Rispo potatoes gateau
- 1 clutch of broccoli (friarielli) or chicory
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chopped chilli pepper
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g of provola cheese
How to prepare
Wash and clean the broccoli (friarielli) or chicory, dry them well. In a large frying pan fry the clove of garlic crushed with chili and with lively fire add the broccoli (friarielli). Let them cook on a moderate heat by turning them often to avoid losing colour. Potatoes gateau Rispo: cook directly in a hot oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Cut the provola cheese in small cubes. Pull the Gato out of the oven, put the broccoli (friarielli) and the provola cheese. Bake with grill function until the provola blends. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
